To Record the Schedule Preview

  1. Click the Record Script tool.


  2. In the Record Script dialog that opens, create a name for the output file or you can use the default name.
  3. In the Format option menu, select Windows Media (WMV) or Windows AVI and click OK.

    The preview is saved and recorded to a WMV or AVI file, which are movie files that can be replayed as needed.
